As Project Manager for Total Hockey, I have been involved in every phase of development from conception to production and delivery. It is my goal to answer every question and solve every problem you are experiencing as quickly as possible. Let's face it. If every thing was going great with your software, you wouldn't be reading this right now - you'd be using the software.

Step 1: Read the Frequently Asked Questions - A lot of common issues and problems can be solved here and it saves you a phone call.
Step 2: Contact Me - Your problem isn't addressed in the FAQs. Then please contact me via email using this form. Filling out the form completely allows me to solve your problem more quickly. I respond to emails typically within 12 hours if not sooner.
